Kumar Priyaranjan, Founder & CEO
- Kumar Priyaranjan is the visionary & inspiring leader with over 34 years of corporate experience, who leads the company with innovative strategies and a passion for empowering youth. He is a Strength-Based Executive Coach certified by Gallup, US, with extensive global experience across the USA, UK, Singapore, Mexico, and UAE.
- Kumar has received numerous awards, including HR Leadership Awards in multiple organizations, CHRO of the Year award 2020, and CSR Leadership Excellence Award 2019. He has been delivering guest lectures at multiple institutes of repute like IIM, ISB, NMIMS, KJ Somaiya and has published articles in professional magazines and newspapers.
- He has worked with prestigious organizations such as Tata’s (Taj Group of Hotels), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., Transport Corporation of India Ltd., Raychem RPG, Hikal Ltd., Welspun Corp Ltd., and IPHC.
- He is an spiritual teacher, certified Yoga, Hypnosis & Mind Control methods practitioner and an avid wildlife photographer.

- Arun Kumar Sharma has over 35 years of rich experience in Pharmaceutical and PMCG sectors. A veteran in energising teams, aligning objectives and changing paradigms of individuals for their successes. A motivational leader who has developed successful leaders in industry.
- Having served as a CEO, BU head, and business leader, he has a proven track record of leading companies through transformative phases, optimising business processes, and mentoring future leaders.
- An inspiring personality who worked in ISRO and steered his career from a Professional Service Officer with Pfizer to all way up to successful Business Head & CEO.
- He completed Senior Management Programme from IIM, Kashipur. A science graduate with a differentiated diploma in Remote Sensing Application from IIRS, Dept. Of Space, Govt. of India.

- Balu is an inspirational & transformational business leader having over 25 years of extensive experience in transforming businesses, talent identification, retention and development for future leadership in organisations.
- Balu has been a successful top executive at various levels as Managing Director, Regional Director and Group Consultant in companies i.e. Doehler India, IFF, Brenntag Ingredients, Danisco and Hindustan Lever.

Swami Purnatej ji has been teaching different spiritual discourses for over 22 years.

- BMS, as fondly known, has rich experience of over 34 years in Pharmaceutical Industry which includes Indian multinational companies like Zydus Cadila, Dr. Reddy's, Dabur Oncology (Fresenius Kabi), Caplin Point & RPG Life Sciences. Has been mentoring marketing & Sales professional passionately for their career advancement.
- He has done Master of Pharmacy from BITS, Pilani and MBA from Pondicherry Central University.
- He was instrumental in launching Dr. Reddy's Oncology Portfolio in India, Russia, CIS, Brazil and Latin America, also Dabur Oncology scaled new heights in Russia, CIS, Baltic States, Africa and Eastern Europe under his leadership.
- He has successfully held Senior Management Positions at Operational as well as Strategic levels in India and Abroad. He is currently associated with Getwell Oncology as Chief Strategy Officer and providing inputs and contributing to the future exponential growth of the company.
