I had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Kumaar Priyaranjan through a career counselling session. Throughout our interactions, he consistently demonstrated exceptional patience, understanding and a genuine desire to help others. It was very good training session by AILS, we got two days time to look in our self first. As Mentioned every human being will make mistakes, How do we overcome with that mistake and move forward, what tools we need to use to make next level managers and to move on with new roles and responsibilities were pivot of the program.

These two days were unique, simple and impactful in bringing notable changes in my professional and personal lives, will certainly help in my overall growth.

The way of designing the program was very impactful and covers most of the parts where we are facing challenges and it will really help us to groom ourself in this competitive area.
